Hi, I’m Dr Natasha Davison, or Dr Nat as my clients often call me. I’m a registered clinical and health psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, stress, health concerns, and life changes. People often come to see me when something doesn’t feel quite right—when things feel harder than they used to, or things are not as manageable as they’d like.

I’m less interested in labels, and more interested in understanding:

  • what’s been happening for you 

  • what’s contributing to the difficulties you’re experiencing 

  • and what will genuinely help things feel more manageable for you


Together, we work through this in a way that feels clear, practical, and realistic.

EXPERIENCE & PERSPECTIVE

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of people and concerns in a variety of settings. This includes working in a number of public, community, and medical settings, as well as being in private practice for the past 12 years in the leafy suburb of Diamond Creek. 
 

Alongside my professional and academic training and experience, I also bring a depth of life experience that helps me to better understand the realities that people are navigating—not just in theory, but in everyday life.
 

This allows me to offer support that is not only evidence-based, but that is relatable and  grounded in real life experiences.
